Director of Operations
Jana holds a Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Coastal Riptide Athletic Club. Jana focuses on diversifying club activities, marketing, club communication, and partner contracts for the Club. Before her ownership of Coastal Riptide, Jana worked in the marketing industry, which allowed her to build a strong relationship with York High School Baseball. Jana served as President of York Little League from 2013-2017. With the implementation of new processes and activities under Jana and the board's direction, the league enrollment saw a dramatic increase during those years. During this period, the league also sent many teams to State and Regional tournaments. Jana believes strongly in doing whatever is necessary to keep kids playing ball, either in a town ball setting or in the travel ball environment, whichever proves to be the most beneficial for that individual player. Adding to her growing baseball resume is her agreement to serve on the Board of Directors for the Sanford Mainers of the Collegiate Baseball League.
