Kyle brings a wealth of experience and a forward-thinking approach to Coastal Riptide. With a passion for athlete development, Kyle has extensive coaching experience across various sports and levels, including direct work with our 2025 8U and 10U teams. Having
spent many years as an educator and then an elementary school principal, Kyle has a unique and deep understanding of youth development, allowing us to grow the club by offering new perspectives and programming tailored to our athletes’ needs.
Kyle will directly impact our athletes on the field, implementing a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed to enhance overall athleticism. Beyond the physical aspects of the game, he will spearhead several impactful new initiatives, providing
invaluable support to our players as they navigate the college recruiting process and make the crucial transition from high school to college. Furthermore, Kyle will develop programming focused on cultivating the mental skills and strategies essential for
success both on and off the field.
