Next Level Hitting Academy with Lee May is designed for players who already have a solid foundation at the plate and are ready to elevate their game. This is not a beginner's hitting program it's for athletes who understand the fundamentals and want to develop into more confident, consistent, and powerful hitters.
Through advanced instruction, proven drills, and personalized coaching from Lee May, players will refine their swing mechanics, improve their approach at the plate, increase bat speed and power, and learn the mental side of hitting. Every session is focused on helping athletes build the skills needed to compete at a higher level.
If your player is ready to move beyond the basics and become a more complete hitter, Next Level Hitting Academy is where that transformation begins.
Coastal Riptide is excited to introduce our Lil Rippers Training Program — a fun and introductory baseball experience designed specifically for young players ages 6–8 who are ready to learn the game and build their skills!
This program is open to any player who wants to learn how to play baseball, whether they are brand new to the game or looking to build a stronger foundation.
What Will Players Learn?
Our Lil Rippers will focus on the fundamental skills of baseball, including:
- Throwing
- Catching
- Fielding
- Proper baseball fundamentals
- Building confidence and coordination
- Learning the game in a fun, positive environment
Training will take place on the full baseball field at Crystal Athletic Training Facility, giving young players plenty of room to learn, move, and develop their skills.

We are limiting registration to just 20 players to ensure our coaches can provide individual instruction and plenty of hands-on attention to each developing player.

Get ready for a night of baseball, costumes, and Halloween fun at our Monster Smash Hitting Clinic! This special event is designed for players ages 8U–14U who are ready to sharpen their hitting skills while enjoying an unforgettable Halloween experience.
👻 The twist? Our featured instructor is a baseball legend... but we're keeping their identity a secret until the big night!
Players will rotate through exciting hitting drills, fun competitions, and games designed to improve confidence and power at the plate. Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume for a chance to win prizes and enjoy a night full of baseball, candy, and spooky surprises.

HOW IT WORKS
Players will be divided into two teams of 9 and will battle it out across three games. Each game will give the players another opportunity to compete, make plays, and have fun with their teammates!
To help keep the games moving and ensure we are able to get all three games in, we will be using a pitching machine. This will keep the pace of play moving and allow us to maximize our time on the field.
WHAT PLAYERS NEED TO KNOW
All players will receive a Battle of the Holidays team T-shirt before the games begin. Players will wear their team shirt during the games, so please make sure your player arrives on time to check in, receive their shirt, and have plenty of time to warm up before the first game.

Coastal Riptide Youth Summer Baseball Camps in Maine
Coastal Riptide offers multiple weeks of youth summer baseball camps in Maine, designed for players across Southern Maine who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and have fun playing baseball.
Our Maine youth baseball camps include four full days of baseball instruction, drills, and games led by the experienced Coastal Riptide coaching staff. Players work on essential baseball fundamentals such as hitting, fielding, throwing, baserunning, and game strategy in a fun and competitive environment.
Campers will participate in live baseball games each day, allowing them to apply the skills they learn in real game situations.
To provide the best learning experience, players are grouped by age and skill level, ensuring a safe environment and small group coaching instruction throughout the day.
