Jana holds a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and is currently the President & CEO of Coastal Riptide, where she steers the organization’s strategic direction and oversees its operational management.
Before taking the helm at Coastal Riptide, Jana honed her skills in the marketing industry, which allowed her to forge a strong partnership with York High School Baseball. From 2013 to 2017, she served as President of York Little League, where her leadership and collaborative approach with the board led to the implementation of innovative processes and activities. Under her guidance, the league experienced a significant increase in enrollment and saw multiple teams qualify for State and Regional tournaments.
Jana is not only a dynamic leader but also a skilled communicator who is deeply committed to enhancing the program for the youth involved. Her passion for baseball is evident, and she possesses a keen understanding of what it takes to ensure Coastal Riptide continues to thrive and succeed.
