Dan Stefanilo brings a strong background in both playing and coaching at the collegiate and high school levels. A four-year player at the University of Maine at Farmington (UMF), he served as team captain during his senior year, demonstrating leadership both on and off the field.

After graduating, he transitioned into coaching, returning to UMF as a member of the coaching staff. He later served as the head varsity coach at Mt. Blue High School, where he was recognized as the KVAC Coach of the Year for his success and impact on the program. His coaching journey continued as the Pitching Coach at Falmouth High School, where he played a key role in developing young arms and refining pitching mechanics.

In addition to high school and college experience, Dan has spent three seasons coaching with Coastal Riptide, guiding the team to two championship appearances and capturing one title. Known for his detailed and developmental approach, he specializes in working with middle infielders and catchers, focusing on fundamentals, game IQ, and positional leadership.

With a player-first mindset and a commitment to growth, Dan is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the field.
