Coach Bailey, a native of Los Angeles, California, nurtured his passion for baseball as a devoted fan of the Dodgers. As a player, he participated in a competitive region that engaged in baseball year-round within the San Gabriel Valley. At the age of 18, he discovered a profound calling for teaching baseball and inspiring players while serving in his first military command. Throughout his 20years of coaching, he actively volunteered with various organizations across the nation, contributing significantly to the successful development of youth baseball. Coach Bailey’s academic journey led him to Southern New Hampshire University, where he pursued a degree in sports management. He has proven himself to be an exceptional youth training instructor and served as the Head Coach of our Futures program and Spring training Development program. Coach Bailey serves the media manager for Coastal Riptide and is the acting Director of Facilities to ensure the Coastal Riptide continues to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
